Personal styling

A brief, a chat and your lookbooks — one session, delivered piece by piece.

Step by step

Pick the package on the stylist's profile. Choose how many lookbooks you want — some are included, extra ones have their own price.

Pay through checkout. The booking exists the moment the payment is confirmed, and you land in your studio.

Fill in the style brief first: sizes, budget, occasions, brands you like and don't. It's the first thing your stylist reads.

Use the chat for photos, questions and inspiration. Your stylist answers there.

Lookbooks arrive one by one. You get an email for each — with its number, like “Lookbook 2 of 3” — and see the count in your studio.

When the stylist marks the session complete, you can leave a review. If something is wrong, report it within 7 days.

Your stylist can't start without the brief. Sizes and budget go to her only — nobody else sees them.
Your payment is held for 7 days after completion before the stylist is paid. That's your window to report a problem; after that it closes.
A published lookbook stays. The stylist can still edit it but not withdraw it; if she changes it later, it shows “Updated”, and she can send you a note.
The number of lookbooks is fixed when you book. You can't add more afterwards — book another package for that.
Links in lookbooks lead to shops outside Lookly. Buying there is between you and the shop.
Lookly sells you the session and pays the stylist. Your receipt comes from Lookly.
