Do I have to buy the clothes through Lookly?
No. The links take you to the shops; you buy what you like there — or nothing at all.
Can I send photos of myself or my wardrobe?
Yes, in your studio chat.
What if I don't like the result?
Tell her in the chat — often a small adjustment is all it takes. If something wasn't delivered as described, use “Report a problem” within 7 days.
Can I get to know my stylist first?
Her profile shows her portfolio, her specialties, and reviews from other clients.
