Cookie Policy
This policy explains which cookies and comparable browser storage lookly.vip uses, consistent with Section 10 of our Privacy Policy, under the AVG / GDPR and the ePrivacy rules.
1. Strictly necessary
Supabase authentication token (localStorage) — keeps you signed in and secures your session. Language preference (localStorage) — remembers your selected language. Referral reference (localStorage, kept for up to 60 days) — remembers a referral link you arrived through, so it still applies after you confirm your email address in a new tab. Page recovery marker (sessionStorage) — briefly notes when the page reloaded itself after an update, so it never reloads in a loop. Chat read state — remembers which conversations you have already read, so the daily email digest does not tell you about messages you just read. Cookies set by Stripe, our payment partner, on its checkout and payout pages — required for fraud prevention and completing your payment, and governed by Stripe's own privacy policy, not this one. These require no consent.
2. Analytics and marketing
We currently do not set analytics, advertising or tracking cookies, and we do not sell or share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising. Should this change, we will ask for your consent beforehand via a cookie banner and update this page. We honor recognized opt-out preference signals, including the Global Privacy Control, where technically supported.
3. Managing storage
You can delete cookies and local storage at any time in your browser settings. Removing the authentication entry signs you out of Lookly.
