Step by step

Pick the video session on the stylist's profile and choose how many lookbooks you want afterwards.

Pay through checkout and land in your studio. Fill in the brief before the call so the time is well spent.

Your stylist proposes a date; it appears in your studio. Agree in the chat, or ask for another one.

At the appointed time the call link is in your studio. Join from any device.

After the call, the lookbooks follow in the studio, each with an email.

When the stylist completes the session, you can review it or report a problem within 7 days.

Date and call link are set by the stylist. If you need to reschedule, write in the chat — don't book again.
The call runs on an external video service; Lookly doesn't record it.
The 7-day window for problems starts when the session is marked complete, not after the call.
Everything else — lookbooks, review, payment — works exactly like a personal styling session.
